Assemble your dining table directly — choose material, shape, and dimensions
Why a custom-made dining table?
Standard dining tables are made for an average room and an average family — but your room and your life are not average. A custom-made dining table fits exactly in your space, suits your lifestyle, and matches your taste. That's why more and more people are choosing custom work instead of a showroom model that "almost fits".
The advantages of custom work over standard
- Exact dimensions — not an inch too much or too little. The table fits into your dining room without you having to move benches or angle chairs.
- Your material preference — solid oak, ceramic, HPL, or Fenix: you choose consciously, instead of settling for what happens to be in stock.
- Your choice of base — a clean metal H-base for an industrial interior, a solid oak leg for warmth, or a sleek tapered leg for modern design.
- Timeless investment — a table that fits your home exactly lasts longer (also in style) than a table you want to replace in a few years.
Step by step: how it works
- Open the 3D configurator — choose the shape of your tabletop: rectangular, round, oval, Danish oval, or organic.
- Set the dimensions — length, width (and diameter for round tables). Any size from 100 cm to 400 cm is possible.
- Choose your material — solid oak, walnut, ceramic, HPL, Fenix, or melamine.
- Choose your finish — natural oiled, white oiled, light stained, matte or high gloss lacquered.
- Choose your base — dozens of models in wood, steel, or aluminum.
- See the price directly — no hidden costs, no quoting process.
- Order and wait — your table will be custom-made and delivered free of charge within 6–8 weeks.
Materials in Detail
Solid Oak — the classic
Solid oak is the popular material for custom-made dining tables. Oak is durable, warm, and timeless. Each board has its own grain and character. Solid oak dining tables become more beautiful with age and can be sanded and refinished if worn. Available in natural, white oiled, light stained, dark stained, and more.
Ceramic — for lively families
Ceramic is the ideal choice for families with children. The material is scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, heat-resistant, and easy to clean. No oiling needed. Available in concrete, marble, slate, and color variations. Thickness: 6 or 12 mm.
HPL & Fenix — clean and modern
HPL (High Pressure Laminate) is extremely wear-resistant and available in more than 1,000 colors and decors. Fenix has a nanotech surface that feels velvety soft, is fingerprint-resistant, and can self-repair small scratches with heat. Both are excellent for modern, clean interiors.
Walnut — exclusive
Walnut is darker and more luxurious than oak. Each walnut table is unique in color and grain. Walnut combines beautifully with natural steel accents and light walls. Available in natural or oiled.

What exactly can I have custom-made?+
At Industrial Home, almost everything is configurable: tabletop dimensions (width, length, thickness), material (oak, HPL, ceramic, Fenix, walnut), tabletop shape (rectangular, oval, pebble, boat), base model (A-base, X-leg, skid), and base color (natural, black, white).
Is there a minimum or maximum size?+
Our configurator supports sizes from 120 cm to 300 cm in length and 70-110 cm in width. Outside these dimensions, custom work is possible on request — contact us via the contact page for a quote.
How long does the production process take for custom work?+
4-6 weeks from order confirmation. Custom tables are produced specifically for you — this takes time, but guarantees a quality you won't find in standard furniture.
Can I also order an unusual dimension, such as 185 × 95 cm?+
Yes. Our configurator works in 10 cm increments, but you can specify a specific size via the contact page. We will confirm feasibility and cost and process it as special custom work.
Is custom work more expensive than a standard dining table?+
Custom work starts at comparable prices to our standard configurations — additional costs arise from different dimensions or special combinations. Most customers pay 10-25% more for a truly unique configuration.
Can I have an existing table replicated or customized?+
We can make a table inspired by an existing model, but we do not copy other brands. Send us a photo and your wishes — we will then explore the possibilities.
