It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make any complaints known to us by emailing info@industrial-home.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. We aim to respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, we will inform you within 14 days when you can expect a more detailed answer.
