Our dining table outlet consists of three categories: showroom models, end-of-line items, and small stock batches. Each has its own charm and advantages.

Showroom Models

Our showrooms always feature tables that you can see, feel, and try out. When we introduce new models or refresh the showroom, we sell the existing showroom models at a significant discount. These tables are in excellent condition and are typically sold with a 20–40% discount compared to the regular retail price. Showroom models are available in the showrooms in Amsterdam and Goor—sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when new showroom models become available.

End-of-line & Discontinued Models

When a supplier discontinues a model or we decide to no longer carry a line, we offer the remaining stock at sharp prices. These are new products, but in limited stock. Those who act fast can benefit from discounts of up to 30% off the regular price.

Small Stock Batches

Sometimes we have a small batch of tables available that we don't carry as standard in our assortment—for example, a special batch of wood or a test model from a new supplier. These are offered while supplies last.

Budget Tips — How to Smartly Buy a Dining Table

In addition to the outlet, there are smart choices in material and configuration that significantly reduce the price. These are our best tips:

1. Choose Melamine for the Lowest Price

Melamine dining tables are the most affordable option in our range. Scratch-resistant, stain-proof, and available in dozens of decors—from wood-look to concrete-look. Prices start from just €450. Read more on our melamine dining table page.

2. HPL — Slightly More, but Significantly More Durable

HPL (High Pressure Laminate) is slightly more expensive than melamine but offers a more robust top layer. Ideal for families with children or heavy use. Starting price: from €650. More info: HPL dining table.

3. Oak with 2 cm Top — Real Wood for Less

Do you want a solid wood table but the price of a standard 4 cm top is out of your budget? Then choose an oak table with a 2 cm top. This is 100% solid oak but significantly more affordable. Starting price: from €750. More info: cheap dining table page.

4. Standard Sizes are Cheaper

Non-standard sizes may incur a small surcharge due to extra cutting waste. Choose one of our standard sizes (120, 160, 200, 240 cm long) for the sharpest price.

5. Steel Legs vs. Wooden Legs

Steel legs are generally slightly more affordable than solid wood legs. They are also more robust and easier to clean.

When Are There Offers at Industrial Home?

Our biggest offers are available at fixed times of the year. Plan your purchase smartly:

• New collection introduction (September/October): When new models arrive, older models are sold at a discount.
• Showroom refresh: 1–2 times a year, we refresh (part of) our showroom setup. Showroom models are then offered at significant discounts.
• Year-end: In December, there are often attractive offers as we conclude the year.
• Newsletter exclusive: Subscribers to our newsletter get first access to outlet offers.

Customization vs. Outlet — What's Smarter?

A common misconception: custom work is always more expensive than a standard outlet table. That's not always true. Our custom-made tables start from €450 (melamine) and can be fully configured to your wishes. An outlet table is cheaper to purchase, but might not fit exactly in your space or interior.

Consider custom work if:

• You need a specific size (e.g., for a long narrow dining room)
• You want a specific color or material choice not available in the outlet
• You want the table to last a long time and perfectly match your interior

Consider outlet if:

• You need a table quickly (no waiting time)
• You want to save as much as possible and are flexible with dimensions and color
• You want to see the table first in the showroom
