Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (non-customized products)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. For large or heavy items (such as dining tables), return costs may be higher; please contact us for more information.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging, will be returned to us. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@industrial-home.com. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Customized Products: Excluded from Right of Withdrawal

Our customized dining tables and other tailor-made products are specially manufactured according to your wishes. By law (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code), these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, except in case of defects or transport damage. On the relevant product pages, we clearly state that these are customized products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Damaged Products

If you notice that a product is damaged upon receipt, we kindly ask you to report this within 48 hours via info@industrial-home.com or by phone at +31 6 19960500.
