Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (non-customized products)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult the website of your carrier for exact rates. For large or heavy items (such as dining tables), return costs may be higher; please contact us for this. Trends also count in the entertainment area of your living room: wood, organic shapes, and soothing colors turn a TV cabinet into a conscious design choice.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@industrial-home.com. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Customized products: excluded from the right of withdrawal

Our custom-made dining tables and other tailor-made products are manufactured specifically to your wishes. By law (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code), these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, except in case of defects or transport damage. On the relevant product pages, we clearly state that it is a custom product for which no right of withdrawal applies.
