At Industrial Home, our mission is to help you with your dining table needs, both with the choice and after the purchase. We have a clear return and complaint policy that we would like to share:
Custom-made Products
We offer custom-made dining tables that are specially crafted according to your wishes. For this reason, our custom-made products cannot be returned, except in exceptional cases such as defects or damage during delivery.
Damaged Products

Complaints and Warranty
Do you have a complaint about a product or are you concerned about the warranty? Please contact us at info@industrial-home.com or call +31619960500. We will answer your question as soon as possible and try to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns for Non-Custom-made Products
For non-custom-made products, we have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can use this time to place the dining table in your home and carefully consider whether it is exactly what you are looking for. If you decide that you do not want to keep the table, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
