What is the difference between a corner bench and a regular dining bench?+
A regular dining bench is a straight bench, e.g., 160-200 cm, that sits along one side of the table. A corner bench (L-shape) sits in the corner and runs along two sides of the table simultaneously. The corner bench offers more seating and a more enclosed, cozy arrangement.
Can I choose the corner position (left or right)?+
Yes. Please indicate whether the long section should be on the left or right when ordering - this depends on your room layout. We always confirm this in the order confirmation.
How sturdy is the corner connection?+
The L-connection is structurally reinforced - the two parts are not just placed next to each other but form a stable construction together. The bench will not slide out of the corner.
Does the corner bench have storage space?+
This is possible with some models. Please ask us - storage space in the seat (lift-up mechanism) can be built into custom designs.
How do I clean velvet or teddy fabric on a dining bench?+
Blot stains immediately (do not rub) with a damp cloth. For velvet, use a soft brush to even out the pile. For teddy/bouclé, light brushing is sufficient. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents.
