The Right Height — How to Choose?

The top should be at the same height as where your hand reaches when you're lying in bed and extend your arm. This makes it easy to grab your phone, glasses, or a glass of water without sitting up.

For a low bed or a box spring without a high headboard, choose a lower model (45-55 cm). For a high bed or a raised mattress, choose a higher bedside table (60-70 cm).
