The mango wood is solid and is first sandblasted, then treated with black paint stain and finally finished with a dark, natural beeswax to protect the wood from moisture, dirt and rings. The frame is made of black powder-coated metal.
The bookcase is supplied as a simple kit of planks and frame, including an Allen key, screws and pre-drilled screw holes.
